Managed in-house and external teams in creative strategy and execution while successfully leading boundary-pushing campaigns across digital, social, video, web, and events, driving traffic and preference for Mixpanel. Award-winning rebranding of marketing and brand touchpoints 10x social impressions, and featured in Brand New, Godly, and Land Book. Orchestrated a highly successful campaign targeting Marketing analytics that resulted in 20%+ increase in sales leads. Streamlined brief and intake workflow for improved efficiency, while mentoring the growth of junior designers.

Ryan Design / SF, CA / 2015 - Present

Define visual framework, guidelines, and design work for Prossimo, Huttle, Tachometer, Admiral Meow Meows, and other mediums including logos and brand marks. Provide creative consultancy and direction for design campaigns, internal systems, and branding.

Uber / SF, CA / 2021 - 2022

Redesigned Uber, Uber Eats, and primary lines of business, connecting multiple internal brands within a cohesive design system. Led art direction for new illustration library and Uber swag store. Developed logomark and ran art direction for Uber One, Uber’s first-ever membership. Led creative on Brand.Uber.com, Uber’s centralized design library.

Imgur / SF, CA / 2017 - 2021

Oversaw design and branding for Imgur, a content platform with 30 MAU. Led creative team of 5 and managed external partners. Led rebrand with an entire design system for external, partnership, and internal use. Created custom award-winning illustrations, animations, and interactions for the platform, marketing materials, and brand partnerships.
